How to Get to Port Ceann
It has come to my attention that there is a quest to enter Port Ceann via Morva Aisle, as well as another quest from Shenon that gives you a boarding pass for the ship to Iria. Here’s the walkthrough, with some screenshots to guide you through. Note that the ship will not set sail until G4 is implemented. However, you will be all prepped up for your journey across the sea.
Head to Sen Mag housing area via Sen Mag Plateau or a flier from the housing boards around town. Talk to Leslie in the middle of the housing area (Stump Square) about Nearby Rumors. He will mention seeing a dragon in the sky and tell you to check out the library in Dunbarton.
In Dunbarton Library, check the Literature/Philosophy bookshelf, which is the third on the left side. A book called “Legend of a Land Unknown” will pop up for reading. After reading it and closing the book, you will receive a keyword “A Mysterious Land”.
Talk to Tarlach in Sidhe Sneachta using this keyword and you will obtain another keyword “How to Get on the Boat”. He will tell you to talk to Duncan. You do not need to this as he will just direct you to south of Bangor.
To get to Port Ceann, you will now need to enter Morva Aisle via Bangor or Sen Mag housing area. There is a worker in front of the blocked road. Talk to him and he will let you in.
Pass through Morva Aisle and into Port Ceann. You can now enjoy fishing by the shore. There is a moongate to the west which is one-way at the moment, as there is no moongate to Port Ceann.
Head south along the path to the pier and you will find Shenon, a kid aspiring to be a future captain. Talk to him using the “How to Get on the Boat” keyword and he will mention that the ship is inoperable at the moment and that they need to repair it. An owl will deliver you a quest within 1 minute.
You will need to bring Shenon the following items:
- 10 Firewood. Shenon sells axes and you can cut them from nearby trees.
- 10 Large Nail. You can get these from kicking boulders on the shore.
- 10 Cheap Fabric. You will have to buy these from Nora in Tir Chonaill, Walter in Dunbarton or Galvin in Emain Macha.
After you have completed the quest, the owl will deliver you a boarding pass. The boarding pass cannot be stored on pets or traded. It can be dropped, but cannot be picked up by other players. It may only be stored on your character’s bank tab only.
Unfortunately, the ship isn’t ready to set sail yet. But you’ll be ready when the time comes! Then you can explore the beautiful land of Iria!
