Suzuhira Hiro returns to Navel for their next title, Tsuki ni Yorisou Otome no Sahou. Of course Nishimata Aoi is still there. Other new titles announced this week include:
Applique – Re:birth colony -Lost azrite- (September 28th)
ETOILES – Himitsu no Otome
raiL-soft - Astelight Jourantan (July 20th – DL only)
Haruka’s chapter for Tsugou no Ii Kanojo will be out on August 10th, while WHEEL’s Daini Ongakushitsu e Youkoso!! has been scheduled for August 31st.
The following titles have been delayed:
Hin wa Bokura no Fuku no Kami – August 24th
Irotoridori no Hikari – August 31st
tone work’s announced during the Hatsukoi 1/1 live radio broadcast yesterday on Niconico that there will be a free story patch for the game coming this fall. It won’t include all the characters, but there’ll definitely be an if story for Maya. They also took the opportunity to apologize for the protagonist being such an annoying blockhead. More on that below.
When you think of yuri games, Fuguriya‘s Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o series probably comes to mind. Well, they’re now moving past just being a doujin circle and starting a new company Yurinyurin. More info to come on July 21st.
Were you particularly moved by a certain scene in D.C.III? Why not let others know in the D.C.III impression project? You have until July 11th to do so. I really liked the scene where Himeno searches for Kiyotaka and of course the Da Capo route. Chara polls have also started up for Gurenka (until July 27th) and Yuyukana.
The serialization of August’s Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai has started in the August issue of Dengeki Hime. UnisonShift Blossom’s spinoff novel A Clockwork Ley-Line comes out August 10th. It takes place prior to the construction of Tenbinruri Gakuen.
A trio of C82 goodies from YuzuSoft: DRACU-RIOT! visual fan book, OST and drama CD. They will also be in stores starting August 24th. The Chou Dengeki Stryker vocal album, “For your Future”, will come out on the same day as the game, July 27th.

It’s been a while since Cokoro Navi came out, but here’s a Rinko daki!
It was hard and painful, but I finished Runa’s route in Hatsukoi 1/1. While the common route was decent, the serious parts were too much during her route and it all felt like bad melodrama from a soap opera. The story felt dragged out probably because the protagonist is the most dense guy I have ever seen. I know it’s different from a third person’s point of view, but when you’re surrounded by a harem and Runa’s been aggressively going after you since grade school, you’d think he’d at least feel something. Unfortunately, his personality doesn’t change even by the end of the route, so it’s very tiring.
That’s not to say that there aren’t some nice scenes, but overall I think they missed the mark. I was considering doing Yukino’s route, but maybe I’ll just go play some chara-ge instead…
Currently I’m plowing through all the Papakiki manga. It’s nice to see the story from Sora, Miu and Hina’s points of view, as well as their interactions with their classmates at school. They’re such good girls >< Also read a new LN Mai Home, about a pair of very poor siblings who end up living with their osananajimi and her rich friend. It so happens that both the imouto and the osananajimi are named Mai (different Kanji though), and the osananajimi may be his imouto as well (and even his imouto may not be blood-related to him). A lot of hijinks and such. Not sure if I want to continue with the series though.
Now on to RIGHT∞LIGHT. Oh, and wishing everyone a memorable Tanabata.

I was thinking of playing Hatsukoi but i’m afraid of such a high density protag,i don’t want to get a headache….so after that do you still recommend this game?

I really can’t. The protagonist is too aggravating. It’s difficult to enjoy the sweet moments when you know in the back of your mind that there’s still more unresolved business. Maybe it’s how they wrote the serious parts and the pacing that had an effect too. But mostly, the protagonist is too dense.

Just because the protagonist was a bit overly dense in Runa’s route, doesn’t mean he was that dense in the other character routes. I finished Hatsukoi about three days ago and enjoyed playing all the routes. I do admit about the issue surrounding Runa’s route and her part of the story being dragged out.

Ive only played Maya’s and Kyo’s routes so far and I can clearly say he wasnt dense at all in those
but I already expected that to happen in Runa’s route from seein their interactions in the comon route and how he sees her more like a little kid sister

Playing Yukino’s route now and it’s not bad. I guess it was just Runa’s route that was the problem then. :(
