Do Not Underestimate the Power of Ero

It appears that minori was in the red from their latest title, Supipara, and they are now likely to continue the story in manga or novel format. While the presentation was top notch, they probably spent too much for an all-ages game, not exactly appealing to their initial eroge fan base. They’ve ultimately decided to go back to their roots and produce an 18+ summer romance title, Natsuzora no Perseus, scheduled for early 2014.

Studio Ryokucha has announced their next title, Shukufuku no Kane no Ne wa, Sakura-iro no Kaze to Tomo ni, which is planned for an October 26th release. I really like the feel of the art, can’t wait to see more. Other titles revealed this week include:

Puchipara Bunko has H novel adaptations out for MOONSTONE Cherry’s Houkago Eroge-bu (June 22nd) and C:drive’s Riajuu Saimin (June 29th). A visual fan book is coming out for Hatsusaku from Enterbrain.

The 3rd WHITE ALBUM 2 OST “setsuna” features 15 tracks, including vocal songs from the game as well as 6 songs which gained the highest votes. It comes out at C82 for ￥3150, then it will be on shelves on August 24th.

Yamato’s 1/7 scale figure of Shining Hearts‘ Xiaomei comes out in November for ￥10,290. It doesn’t really look all that well done.

ApRicoT/Alchemist’s Ouka Sengoku Portable (PSP) has been pushed back a week to July 5th. GREE has announced a smartphone version of their Flyable Heart love social novel which came out on June 7th. You need to be a member of the SNS in order to access the game.

D.C.III‘s final (Sakura) route was really good! I can’t wait for D.C.IV!!! After marathoning a bunch of trials, I’m back to playing &. Almost done Urara’s route now, then it’s on to the final route. Things are coming together and I’ve really grown to like the game. It’s not for everyone since some of it is pretty ridiculous, but it’s a nice read for those looking for an ‘adventure’. Uhaha, uhaha!
