Getchu 2011 Eroge User Rankings

As opposed to the Moe Game Awards where Grisaia took top honours, Leaf’s WHITE ALBUM 2 ~Closing Chapter~ placed first overall in the Getchu bishoujo game 2011 user rankings. Rounding out the top 5 are Eustia, KamiEx, Grisaia and Kamidori. WA2cc also won the scenario and music categories, while placing second in graphics (to Walkure Romanze) and in OP movie (to Eustia). KamiEx had the best ero, while Kamidori was voted as having the best system, although LOVELY×CATION and Daiteikoku also were quite popular. The top chara this year is WA2cc‘s Kazusa. Congrats to all the winners!

Peculiarly-named new company Jirai Soft will debut with Tsuisou no Augment, a ‘reset youth suicide’ game. Here’s hoping that it won’t bomb. Another new maker Sugar House will reveal their first title in the May issue of PUSH which comes out on March 21st.

Ex-iT has announced a fandisk for Hiyoko Strike! for top favourite, imouto Hina, titled Hina to Issho. It will come out this summer. I’m not sure if it’s a full game or just a small extra route for Comiket.

ETOILES‘ Colorful☆Cure has been set for June 29th. The following titles have been delayed:

I wonder who placed first in the ‘&’ chara poll… uhaha, uhaha! The top outfit for Natsuha in the Monobeno poll is, well, nothing. It’s nothing but sukumizu tan lines, a straw hat and beach sandals. Oh you lolicons. Mayuri topped the Unison Stars chara poll, followed by Sumomo and Sakurako. The top 5, 10th, 15th and 19th place finishers get a PC clock app. Chara polls have started up for Koiimo Sweet☆Days (until March 9th), Grand Libra Academy (until March 12th), Hotchkiss (until March 16th) and Futari wa My Angel (until March 30th).

PSP ports for Suigetsu2 (May 24th) and Ouka Sengoku! have been announced by GN Software and Alchemist, respectively. In Suigetsu2, imouto Nagomi will be elevated to heroine status, and the same for Yukimura, Nobuyuki and Tadakatsu in Ouka Sengoku!.

The LOVELY×CATION “Oyasumi♥” voice CD will be on shelves on March 23rd. In addition to the ichaicha memory and oyasumi voice situations, there will be a vocal version of the BGM “Love’n Love’n♪” and the OP “Wondering Truth” as sung by Sakakibara Yui.

Speaking of apps, the Miku Flick rhythm game coming out from SEGA on March 9th might be a good way to improve your Japanese typing on the iPhone. You have to select the correct kana as Miku sings. Screw up too much and she’ll stop singing. The app will cost ￥1200.

GSC’s idolm@ster2 puchi nendoroids are really cute! The first trading set coming out in June features Takane, Makoto, Haruka, Chihaya, Yayoi and Mami. There’s even a secret figure! Kotobukiya’s 1/7 scale figure of Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse‘s Cryska will be out in July for ￥7350.

Chadokoro is now accepting orders for their two latest dakimakuras: SuGirly Wish‘s Kurumi and Renai 0km’s Misaki. ocelot and CharatWeb have announced that a dakimakura cover for Sousouki Reginald‘s Corticarte is in the works.

With March post out of the way, I’ve started playing Tsukumo no Tsuki. I don’t have any high hopes for the story, but Tsukumo and Maya are a lethal 1-2 punch. Osananajimi Akane ain’t bad either. I’m really looking forward to ‘&’ after watching the CM. I’m such a sucker for games with wishes.
