Congratulations to Horo, winner of Best Moe Tournament 2008.

#1 Horo – 6534 votes
#2 Kyou Fujibayashi – 6503 votes

In a close finish, Horo edges out Kyou in a gender-divided two-day final. The votes were close the whole 48 hours.

Thanks for following the Best Moe Tournament. I can’t wait till next year’s tourney!

wai wai horo! >w< *gives horo and apple* but ne micchi, did you not mix up the numbers of votes? =w=; kyou have more votes than horo, at least that’s what micchi wrote ^^;
