My vote: Horo
It has been 3 months since the start of the tournament, and now it’s down to 2. This final pits Horo vs Kyou, both of whom took out last year’s finalists. Horo has been dominating her matches in each round, while Kyou is more of an underdog. This match will last for 48 hours instead of the usual 24 hours. The winner will be crowned winner of Best Moe 2008.

Horo was leading all match long and I think there were a lot of factors which forced Shana to lose this match, such as her reputation and the desire for new finalists. I didn’t mind either getting through. A Kyou/Horo final is fine too.
